Return Policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal 

Under Swedish law (Act on Distance Contracts and Off‑Premises Contracts, SFS 2005:59), you have the right to withdraw or return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period starts the day when the item is delivered.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as when delivered.

  • All original packaging, tags, documentation and accessories are included.

  • You include your order confirmation and receipt or proof of purchase.

If an item is damaged due to insufficient packaging by the customer, we cannot issue a refund. 

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receipt through our online Contact Form or at info@swedishnordicdesign.com. 
  2. We will send you a standard return form and return instructions, including our returns address in Sweden.
  3. Do not send items back before receiving our approval. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and packaging, including any insurance for the return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package. Swedish Nordic Design AB is not liable for items lost in transit.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the item(s) is returned to us in the same condition as it was when ordered.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 14 days of receipt.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • If more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, please reach back to us through our online Contact Form or at info@swedishnordicdesign.com.


6. Damaged or Defective Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately through our online Contact Form or at info@swedishnordicdesign.com, so we can arrange a refund.
